5 Online Courses for Working Mums

in Webinar, Working Mums

Our webinars were a huge success last year. Over 500 mums registered to jump online on the third Tuesday of every month to learn from the most amazing women with a glass of wine or cup of tea in hand. We talked about everything from menu planning and freezing, kids and technology, wardrobes and wrapping….among others.

Learning online is such a great way for working mums to use their time. And this year will be no different. W will have more fabulous webinars coming.

In the meantime, here is a list of online courses that have been designed with mums who run around like blue arsed flies in mind. Sound like you? Check them out.

1. The Calm Space Month of Me Time

This is a free e-course. All you need to do is head to the The Calm Space website and enter your email address. You’ll be sent simple daily actions that will help you re-nourish your soul. Click here.

2. Styling You’s Style Holiday Camp

I have long been a fan of Nikki at Styling You – practical and real fashion solutions for all women. She is on Day 3 of a 14 day program that will help you unlock your style and make your wardrobe work a little harder for you, instead of the other way around.

The best thing is it’s free. The second best thing is it’s on Nikki’s blog so you can start it whenever you want. I’ll be starting it when we get back from holidays next week. I know there is some editing to do regarding my style. As long as Nikki let’s me keep my shacket, I’ll be happy. Click here.

3.  Ambaa Tree Wellness TV

I have done work with Angela from The Ambaa Tree before. She has spoken at our events and run a webinar for us and she has the uncanny knack of popping up in my life right when I seem to need her. She recently helped me unlock some emotional baggage I was sub consciously hanging on to.

This week she kicked off her Wellness TV channel on You Tube. Weekly episodes about 3 minutes long talking about ways to live a happier and healthier life. 3 minutes is no time at all. The episodes will be available for you to download from iTunes soon. In the meantime, click here to go the You Tube Channel and watch the first episode.

4. The Make Life Easy Workshop

Marissa Roberts runs Beautifully Organised and that she is! She is also beautifully sweet and kind and I’ve loved connecting with her this year. On January 7th, Marissa is kicking off her Make Life Easy Workshop created especially for busy mums like you.

It’s a 6 week simple to do system that allows you to cope with all that motherhood and life throw at you. It’s only $95 to get access to the organisational brilliance that is Marissa’s beautiful brain. Click here and sign up today.

5. The Parent Manifesto by Parent Wellbeing

This is a 12 week course created by the serene yet smart psychologist, Jodie Benveniste of Parent Wellbeing. I read the book and loved it. And I got a chance to trial the online course too and loved it even more.

It focuses on parenting challenges, solutions and ideas. Some of this best ideas sit in the forums. And when you read through them, you KNOW you are not the only one feeling the way you do. That is priceless. Actually, it’s $147 which is whole lot of value for what you get.

The next online course starts in February so click here for more information and to sign up.

So much to choose from. You are a simple click away from helping yourself. Feel free to add more online courses you know of in the comments below. The more the merrier.

Thanks for the shout-out Penny … and the shacket, well, yes, it’s an institution. It has to stay!

I have long been a fan on ‘online’ learning – on your own time, at your own pace. And some great ones here too Penny, thanks for sharing.
