Penny Webb is founder of the Working Mums and Mumpreneur MASTERCLASS event series and a specialist on combining all things working and mum!

After a decade of overseas living, travel and success in the world of corporate events, Penny became a mother.

And that’s when it got REALLY hard.

Struggling along, juggling a newborn and a career, another child came along and Penny looked for help on how to manage the transition and challenge of being a working mum. There wasn’t a lot out there, so she put her event and training expertise to work and created her own workshops, seminars and community helping working mums get through the day with their sanity intact.

Penny is a qualified trainer, lecturer and consultant. With experience as an MC, Facilitator and Corporate Presenter, Penny also writes a monthly column for the Hawkesbury Independent, has had parenting articles published in Peekaboo Magazine and is quoted and contacted for commentary on being a working mum and mumpreneur.

The Working Mum and Mumpreneur MASTERCLASS events expanded interstate in 2011 with successful events in Brisbane and Melbourne.

Penny’s blog, Sshh Mummys on the Phone has become one of the fastest growing blogs in Australia, with over 30,000 page views within the first 6 months of its publication.

Penny is represented for speaking engagements by Voxy Lady Speakers Bureau. With three keynotes on motherhood, media and mayhem, Penny is an engaging speaker who speaks with her hand on her heart and her tongue in her cheek.
